that no refunds can be given once a place or places have been booked. Those
attending Karen Barber's Sureskate Summer School must adhere to ice rink rules. Karen
Barber's Sureskate Summer School, its instructors and administrators cannot accept
responsibility for unscheduled rink closure, however if such circumstances were
to occur an alternative lesson date will be offered to customers.
| Missed
lessons are non-refundable and no alternative lesson time will be offered. Due
to ice rink scheduling and opening times allocated lesson times are non-negotiable.
Ice skating is a high risk
activity. Karen Barber's Sureskate Summer School, its instructors and administrators
cannot accept any liability for accident or injury to skaters outside of their
direct supervision and designated lesson time. |
